These folks work very closely together; every department communicates with each other to achieve targeted goals. 

The work distribution between staff is well organized, it's extremely rare for any staff to be over burdened with their work load. 

However, the staff becomes energized on those rare occasions of being over worked; as the number of units processed directly affects their bonuses. This company knows how to motivate their staff.

standard work day, flexible start finish time, things I've learned it data analytics, using data as a sales tool. Overall professional sales, and customer management. the culture can be a bit difficult as it's a company that is transitioning from start up to an established SMB, that is expanding quickly. the hardest part of my job is working with other team members in order to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction. The best part of my job is the recognition for a job well done.

The work culture is very good. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. The typical work day starts at 8 and ends at 4. I've learned a lot about shipping and receiving on computer and other universal  office type job skills like excel and teams.

Nothing...poor management, unorgarnized, drives production to hard

Terrible working conditions mainly due to poor management

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long, not challenging, monotonous

hours (7-4 plus OT), culture and job advancement typical to the industry 
sometimes competitiveness amongst employees would cause interference with completion of duties and/or conveyance of information
Management overburdened, at times - too many tasks assigned to one manager
Typically free coffee and donuts, or lunch when OT is required




It is the worst employer I have ever encounter in my whole 20 years work experience. They gave employees wrong annual performance review, they threaten workers by sending them home, they refuse employees' vocation request.

I was full time there, but sometimes quit often when they did not have enough work, they asked me to work 4 days a week and only pay you for 4 days for that week; I opposed it and then I get bad work performance, although I really worked hard and was the good worker there. They are not honest. They were the worst employer I have ever worked with.

Low pay, mediocre management from top down, and no chance of advancement. On top of all that, no pension, no bonus, cheap holiday time off (nothing at Christmas), be prepared to do much more than your job description, and minimum wage increases should make you look elsewhere.
