Lack of General management. No communication on the line. Lack of discipline.  Some key workers work with headset. 
Lack basic stuff like cleaning rags, paper roll and everything else.  Walk-in lacks organisation and you will find surprises every time. Lack of common courtesy from a lot of people including management members.. Trouble getting paid and false promises from management.  


I loved every summer passed at the Lapin Sauté. The restaurant is charming and the people working there too. The culture at the restaurant is very welcoming and positive.

Awful experience, with terrible management and terrible training basically non existent. They expect things you dont even know about and are unreliable. Also management isnt nice

Most of the sauces are powder and the job is never complicated.

But there is a lot of extra hour and big volumes of customers.
