RiverEdge Dental takes advantage of their staff. They have proven that everyone is replaceable. They are firm believers in who you know, not what you know. Since the office is open 7 days a week, you are expected to work this. Too much turn over in staff due to this,  and failure to treat employees with any kind of humanity. The new manager, is perfect example of who, not what you know. I would advise to keep looking, if you are a hard working, kind, caring, customer service oriented person....This place will chew you up, and then spit you out.

I rarely leave reviews on these type of websites but I felt compelled to write this one. I started working at riveredge last year. I was equipped with the educational background and had been properly trained, but I was still very nervous to join a busy practice. Being the newbie at any place is intimidating, but wow, was I worried for nothing. From the minute I walked in the door on my first day i felt welcomed by everyone. I was paired with another hygienist. I had good vibes immediately and am still happy to be a part of the team!

I enjoy every day that I work as a dentist RiverEdge Dental. The office keeps me extremely busy.

What I really like is that I get to keep all the cases that I treatment plan. So if I plan crowns, bridges, or implants I get to actually place them. I easily earn 3 times more than I did at my previous associate position.

The entire team is very patient-centric and cares deeply about patient satisfaction and their overall well being.

Horrible management read the other reviews because they are spot on no need to repeat what they have said. If you have any respect for yourself keep looking! Everyone is replaceable which is why they are hiring all the time. This includes the patients. The patients will also constantly complain to you that there is no consistency in staff 

I worked at Trillium for about a year before moving away. I only wish I could take the job with me. I made a lot of friends here, and I never felt that I couldn't ask for help. It's busy, for sure, this is not a job for just sitting around on the computer. But they hire good people here. Sometimes patients can be a pain to deal with, as always, but overall this was a great experience foe me.

nice place to work because you get to do a wide variety of assignments and tasks, no day ever feels the same. helping patients that are in pain or solving a problem satisfies me because patients leave feeling happy.

This is a great place to work and I would love to work there again. The most enjoyable part of the job was every moment. The management is nice and reliable. You feel comfortable and at home with the staff and surroundings. Everything is clean and inviting. I would for sure work here again.

Worked their 2 days, after leaving on my second day, after listening to this lady compliment me and crawl up my butt, emailed to tell me she loved my positive attitude and to not come in the next day. I have never seen any person, nevermind manager act that way before or after Riveredge. I was so excited to be there. And after that happened, I literally was in shock.

I wasn't exactly entry level when I started here but I had only started pretty recently at another dentist, so I still considered myself pretty "green" when I took the job at Riveredge. I was definitely working a lot but felt supported by the team there and learned a lot. I felt well-equipped to join another team when I had to move thanks to what I had learned here.

I actually look forward to going to work because of great coworkers and patients. Management looks out for you and support you. Everyone from assistants to hygienists are all very easy to work with. Love being a part of this team!
