My experience here was marked by a perfect storm of incompetence, mismanagement, and a shocking lack of communication that rendered the entire organization dysfunctional. The management here exhibited a blatant disregard for effective communication. Important information was frequently withheld or disseminated haphazardly, leaving staff members feeling uninformed and out of the loop. This lack of communication extended beyond mere oversight; it was a systemic issue that contributed to confusion throughout the workplace. Adding to the disarray was the bewildering array of managers, each seemingly more ineffectual than the last. Employees were left scratching their heads, unsure of who held what position or what their responsibilities entailed. With so many managers in the mix, communication breakdowns were inevitable. It was not uncommon to find oneself repeating information multiple times to different managers, only to receive conflicting directives in return. Management also displayed a distressing penchant for favoritism, further exacerbating an already toxic work environment. My experience here was nothing short of a nightmare. The unsupportive and power-tripping management, coupled with the rampant favoritism and lack of communication, created a workplace fraught with frustration and confusion. Unless drastic changes are made to address these systemic issues, I would caution anyone against seeking employment here. You'd be surprise how their current employees still complain up to this day. 

Having been hired as an Dietary Aide in Rosewood Manor has been a challenging part on my nursing career. Being used to in the actual patient care, I see this as a significant shift in my line of work. However, I see this turn of event as an opportunity for me to hone more my knowledge, attitude and skills as a professional care giver as this job exposes me to the Dietart and Nutritional aspect of a resident. Eventually, this helps me become a more effective and efficient care giver.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I resigned from my old job and with less than 1 month working at Rosewood Manor I was fired.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Cooking and having to assemble the residents' dishes, which would be the Dietary Aide's job.  Also having a Chef monitoring what the cook is doing all the time.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
There's only one sink for the cook and the Dietary Aide to use.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Feeling of being watched all the time.

Team work and benifits to the worker

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
So far violence of residents against care aide sometimes but is it manageable

The environment and culture is excellent.

Evening with busy recreational activities.

Mostly great staff,new management since 2019 and has turned work place very negative,harassment and belittling from new administration towards staff many staff including senior staff have gone to new work place from lack of respect,support from mgmt..very heavy workload.

Management is very rude/manipulative/disrespectful. Communication between management and the employees is horrible, and many things are not transparent. To add to the previous review, I am not surprised about how high the turnover rate is here. 
I could and would never be able to recommend anyone to work here.

. celebrating chrism's time with  elderly people there

I reported bullying and harrasment at work and i was terminated.they said its because my student visa had expired but this was just to hide the truth.i renewed my student work visa and they said they were not employing.I felt that was hidden racism and discrimination.

Save your self and stay away from this company. Even their curent employees know how bad the management is but rather not say anything. If you are not part of the union, think twice as they do not have an HR. So much turnover since they new management took over.
