I have been working with Royal Legacy for over 2 years and I love what I do! They offer a  supportive and fun work environment, great office culture, and most importantly - personal and professional growth. Being a part of such positive, encouraging team that strives for success, it is impossible not to be great at what you do! The management offers extensive training programs and always helps you network with the industry leading professionals to learn from! 
It has been an exciting journey that I wouldn't call a "job", its rather my passion, my career! I definitely recommend this employer!

worked there for around 6 month the most TOXIC work culture. To much office politics and some of the managers are kids that shows there maturity . they say they grow only if we grow and then stab you in the back .

no base pay only commission , if you dont make the commission to make the minimum wage they will say you cant hit the feild and wont give leads. if you still want  to hit the feild and not get a sale no hourly pay.
 they teach to to manipulate the customer tell them lie without actually leing 

i was in an accident and was told to report to the office the next day that how much they care about the staff 

 PLEASE STAY AWAY  

It's a MULTI LEVEL MARKETING, 100% COMMISSION-BASED. They won't even pay you minimum wage. It's a Multi-level marketing company that is 100% commission-based, they don't care if you take a leave. They will simply replace you with another innocent person who would have no idea. It's a trap. Because they don't want to affect their sales or money coming in. so selfish people. Trapping people. There are so many MLM like this, beware.

It is impossible not to be excellent at what you do when you are a member of a group that is so upbeat, supportive, and driven for success! In-depth training programs are provided by the management, who also always assists you in networking with top industry specialists for educational purposes!

The working schedule is set professionally and managed properly by the managers. Being one of the manager, i can see a person can grow from entry level to management level so quickly and efficiently.

Genuinely, I have met such great individuals here! It’s a great place to make friends and network. The training is realistic and prepares you for the job, no matter what it might be. Additionally, it supports your growth and strengthens your work ethic. 

The working environment is really good and all the members are very cooperative. Its really a growth oportunity. There is no seniority and everyone like to help each other . 

Very structured office, where the habits and routines are emphasized on a daily basis. It is a manager training program, so understand that you will be challenged and will grow massively as a person.


I love the workplace atmosphere, every one is ready to help you, teach you the skills required to open up your on business and support you to make that happen.There is no stress in office environment.
