One of the best jobs I've ever had. We are treated like family, we work hard and play hard. No hostility in management, they're motivated and dedicated. They are good examples for their teams. The owners care about the bottom line because they care about their employees being able to pay their mortgage, bills and feed their families.

Is a really good company to work for.
Learned to work under tight deadlines.
Management was really approachable.

Constantly having to back yourself, it's a constant fight between the workers and the management. They clearly don't care about the people that do the job. I wouldn't recommend to work there

Employee turnaround is high. Management is poor and Employees regularly get yelled at or belittled by the owners wife. Don't expect to stay there and feel secure in your job!

Great work environment, fun company outings, but honestly no job security and the owner only cares about the money, which led to very hostile management.

If you don't conform you are out! Mostly family works there. If you aren't related you won't last long. Vacation is around owners wife. If you like chaos this is where to go. 

Great place to work. The days always go by quickly. The work is rewarding and the team is great to work with. One of the best companies I have worked for.
