Work is always very VERY stressful with absolutely NO help from management. It’s always too much work for one person but you’re in trouble if you don’t do it. The pay doesn’t even start to comp for the stress endured at work. Pay check discrepancies are the only thing you’ll see on pay day. You’re constantly in trouble if you do anything other than the equivalent of 5 peoples work at once. Don’t waste your time. 

Management dose not care at all about there employees or there concerns. They claim to have an open door policy but has a sign on their door that say knock before entering and it is constantly closed. When you send them an email with issues they take over a week to respond in anyway if at all. Once they do respond to you they have no solution at all and tell you they will get back to you, they choose not to deal with any issues that there employees have but if a contract has a problem you never hear the end of it. I would never work there again and not recommend anyone else dose, and if you are a current employee leave now. 

Great experience for beginners.  No training or orientation upon first day of work.  I was given a two minute orientation to the communication system and went on the floor without any proper information about the job.  Great co workers.  Unprofessional management, rude and will yell at you without discretion.

Not enough support from the leadership team.

Avoid working as a PRM here if you can. The entire operation is a mess from the top down.
​Dispatches have absolutely no clue what they are doing half the time, constantly messing up assignments and leaving everyone confused. The supervisors are completely useless and offer zero real help when things go sideways, and the manager doesn't even know how to run the operation or do their own job properly.
​It is a highly frustrating place to work because no one in leadership is on the same page. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Think first before appling for leader ship roles in Calgary. No on boarding not proper payroll system. No support from head office. No mentoring ,No coaching , no leader ship development  No uniform policy,  no resources 

Leadership operations run from Paris no clue and don't want learn about Canadian operations. Their favorite word is fire fire fire..... managment change (GM)6 times in two years. No help to fix the problem from head office instead fire the management always. 

No PPE to employees, schedule is brutal, no optimal equipments to work in the middle of expensive aircrafts or many of those are complete broken, employees insultes others for minimal mistakes for regular day to day, making a toxic environment  to work, management is really poor in their capacities, no enough work hours per shift, more, and more,  if you are a reckless or daredevil guy and decide keep going, be prepare for daily  surprises, and just care yourself.

They are really tight on hours, full time employee, getting only 40-50hrs every 2 weeks. Management picks and chooses who they want to work. There isn’t a proper schedule, and when working more than 8 hrs. They want you to clock in and out, so it’s considered a split shift and they don’t have to pay you overtime.

the job can be fun when you work with good employees. other than that management is horrible and very inexperienced. they talk to their employees as if they were dogs. even when management is in the wrong HR still finds a way to bail them out so don't bother to complain.  all they care is about saving money even if its a dollar. meetings i have sat in and the way they talk about staff is very unprofessional one of the reasons i left.

No manual in working and working tension

There is no place for employees to relax for a moment.

Just working customer at the airport.
