Okay for a small town location, a job that no one wants.

Careful counting and refunding correct cash.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Friendly but grumpy workers to deal with.  Building must be strictly clean.

Customer service, counting and crushing containers.

There are no "best" parts to working for this company.

Understaffed, over worked, and under paid by upper mngt.

Supervisor is horrible. Talks down to staff, and customers.

Always busy, cause of understaffing. Stressful, hot, gross.

Nothing, ac doesn't work, half to deal with used needles human feces and other bodily fluids

Over worked and under paid the job is crooked at best

Guys are good to work with but management sucks

Busy humid hot having to deal with bad customers

I am proud to be a part of the community it the best job anyone can have

Sometimes cows works and sometimes rude customers, 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is very Accepting and welcoming. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Always a great hard work but good job i like to make my customers smile

They have good benefits. The campany pays the health insurance not deducted from salary.  They have matching RRSP and 4% Pension Plan Matching your gross.  You have 3 days family time leave every 25th of Dec to Jan 1st the following year to spend the christmas holidays with pay.  They give salary increase every year 5% of your gross for the next 4 years and average of 2% ( varies every year sometimes more than 2%) for succeeding years. 

Amazing people to work with! The environment is professional and people are so nice and helpful. Clearly, there is a positive company culture with low turnovers and opportunities for growth,
transparent and responsive management,
recognizing employees’ success and achievements, healthy work-life balance among employees. There should more of these types of organizations!

I learned to look the other way as far as being treated unfairly by staff...one person in particular who used to work there was the manager's father...I think this is a huge conflict of interest & should not be allowed...the most enjoyable part was the customers...loved getting to know them and hearing their stories

It was a fair  place to work the hardest part of the job is the heavy lifting 🫴 it'll take its toll after time but ya gotta defenetly keep up with your stretching over the years or it'll get ya the weekend s off were nice and good hours its a good start for someone young and you'll get into shape in no time.

Very fun place to work can sometimes be stressful but overall it’s relaxed and managers try to keep all their employees happy. If employees have young kids they are very understanding to if the employee has to leave and they understand that family comes first😀

They have a social fjnd and they put on events for the employees or do some other different types of things... tshirts and jackets.they have xmas parties and functions.
