I had mixed feelings about doing a review, but feel it's needed. Hard work with this company goes unnoticed, even though they tell you Good Job, it's never sincere!   Cleaning staff only get contacted and asked how things are when the upper management make BIG MOVES! It's called CYA! And damage control. Having clients dictate to the owner on his staff and who they approve of is not acceptable! But this is how they run this business. 
If you join this company in a management position, understand your opinion won't matter , you will be micro managed, and called out when things go sideways or get let go for unknown reasons , because they don't have it in them to tell the truth.

This employer is disorganized, non-communicative, allows disgruntled employees to vent to others, does not even provide clean cleaning rags, inconsistent WHIMIS practices, extremely poor communication channels, does not pay for obtaining security clearance applications (time required to complete process) does not provide company contact information for employees to express concerns, does not gave any weekend contact person to deal with issues, very unresponsive employee. Avoid working for this company.

The company was amazing as first, management interacted and actually cared about employees. A shift in management, and if you see them , it’s to be written up and fired or put down at. I’m still here and I’m actively looking. Very toxic environment and hey ask way to much for minimum wage. There are other cleaning companies, take the job from them instead.

Company will teach you to work under some pressure but time management skills will improve.
The hardest part of the job is winter and keeping up with floors.
Meeting and interacting with the higher management and being acknowledged as a valuable employee .

What is the best part of working at the company?
Absolutely nothing, they believe what everyone tells them and never fallows through to anything, they just go back to the handbook. Ask for supplies never show up

This company's management skills were beyond horrendous they had really poor communication and over achieving was a big issue for them, I would never recommend working there at all.

The management is super friendly and helpful, and the people you clean for are usually very friendly as well. This job taught me a lot about cleaning and gave me skills I will carry on through life! 

Worked for this company for awhile but would not go back. Poor management horrible treatment when you can't cover locations which your expected to do.

I have been working at SBC Facility Services for a while, and my experience has been positive overall. The company offers a dynamic work environment with many opportunities for learning. Management is approachable.

LIke that your not a number and actually feel like a family environment.  great company to work with, glad to be part of this team.  Interview process went very well, answered all the questions and concerns that I had.
