What is the best part of working at the company?
New things to learn once in a year. Learned to refurb multiple electronic devices, not only phones. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
It's usually just the management with their nepotism and favoritism of certain people with no experience or education. There is also some casual racism against people who do not speak English(believes English equals Quality).

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Work environment depends upon what department you work with. Some are high stress, high production with management standing over you, some are just casual, with only focus on work. It all depends upon your manager and the project.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's usually receptive. If you have good team leaders and managers, then it's usually really good. You finish your day's work and go home. If you do not have good leaders and managers then you carry those stress with you at home.

Supervisor comes to you every one hour to two hour and will ask you do you know your target. And every two hours you have to put on the paper that how many cell phones you did in two hours and at the end of the day again count and give them how many you did. It was extremely stressful to check cellphones and enter all the information in the system without mistake and same time also have to reach your target of 70 cellphones a day. Not nice job or attitude of company towards employee.

Good workplace culture,  Monday is a typical day at work with some meetings about the targets, good news and bad news about business. You can learn as much as you can. The management is very organized and disciplined. I remembered celebrations on Halloween Day and some other special days.

I got nothing good to talk about this company. I worked as a technician for a while and it was the worst couple of months in my life. Terrible pay, one of the worst management, unprofessional HR manager and so on..They treat you like sht. The only good thing would be the people i worked with !!

salary is too low, they pay nothing and that's why if you have and complain they easily say bye to you and get new technician with these low salary. they just think about company's profits and don't care about employees.
training is not bad but you learn everything working in line.

My time with this company was really wonderful, had lot of quality time, each day new things to learn about the process, good place many others to seek employment elsewhere.

This is probably a job best suited for someone straight out of college who needs to cut their teeth in tech sales.

A typical day at work would be intriguing and fun yet also very productive and efficient. I learned how to work effectively with the ARTEMIS and SAP and RTIS interfaces. I received excellent training from both my co-workers and management which made me into a very diligent and organized worker.

Management is rude. People always running away from their duty and team leaders are carless. Hardly find people who speaks english on floor.HR never support employee and treat you as a labour. 

SBE is good company.The management is very helping and motivational.the work environment is positive and encouraging specially for new comers.

Providing good health and other benefits.
