Horrible company to work for.  When it's busy you are expected to work overtime and bank as much as possible so when you get laid off you don't have to claim EI.  Raises were promised but never happened.  If you are ok with $16 /hr doing difficult manual labour, with no job security,  no chance to advance your career and no raises, supplying your own tools,  then this is the job for you.   MGMT is a joke, they will tell you how happy the customer is with our hard work and in the next breath tell you how lucky you are to have a job and how bad you are at it, so don't expect a raise. We were told we were going to have to sign a contract stating we wouldn't discuss wages as we were told at our "Employee Appreciation Day" that it is wrong to discuss your wages with coworkers as it gets them upset.   Most of your coworkers are decent and in the same boat as you being lies to and hoping that they will be the lucky one to get a raise but sadly it never happens

This is a large contractor for Rogers Communications.  Training was very good for Home Phone and Cable services.  Piecework position gave good potential to get paid for work done, including upselling customers and the commissions paid.  
Income substantially hindered by technical problems with communications, computers, software, Rogers wireless interface software....daily.  Communications from management at SC360 was non-existent to poor.
Working with customers was fabulous and I was officially commended by Rogers and 360 from customers positive feedback.
Great job if tools and instruments were updated (ie. TDR and signal level meters), and attitudes were better.

While management tries its best to make good from a bad situation. The reality is that SC360 is losing money every year and the pressure to perform is there for all it's employees because if you don't you're threatened with getting fired.

If you're one of the employees that is a high performer you'll be met with either more work or a small "hush hush" salary increase. Often you high performers will get both. 

Working from home is a privilege for a few chosen and upper management. 

They claim that they're not making enough money and it's honestly believable. So don't get into a company that will drain you of your energy for a cheap pay and not enough recognition.

They hire 15 at a time.  After your 2 months of in class training, the remaining 12 start to work.  1 month later the two remaining will start to look for better work.

You will be ready for work at 7am, some days you won't get a call dispatched until 10 or 11. A call slated for 30 minutes will be an hour long drive, and the call will take 90 minutes because they didn't anticipate you having to drill through 3 walls and run 100 feet of cable to install one jack.  So you get 5 phone calls complaining/wondering what your doing, and your next few jobs in queue disappearing.  Piece work, so your "simple" jack installation you make 5 bucks on.

this company has a few issues. its all about who likes/dislikes you. they make promises but dont follow through on them. dont expect anyone to care about you. all this said the people are nice but will talk behind your back like nowhere else ive ever seen. it seems for the decent wage its about what you would expect.

This company has a Director that requires hard work and accountability. He fosters  a work ethic that allows flexibility in work hours as long as the job is managed properly. This inspires a supportive staff to go the extra mile to help get the job done.
The only drawback is the compensation for the work performed.

Long days, high volume. No overtime. Piece work that you'll get shafted on on every payday. Manager doesn't care, just passes the blame onto someone else you'll never be able to get a hold of. Terribly maintained equipment and vehicle and when it breaks down (which is often) you'll be stuck making no money possibly in a city far from home.

Unrewarding hours. Many many low-paying tasks soak up all of your time. 

Pay and hours are carefully manipulated by management so that you come out at the lowest end. You are told that if you want to make good money then you should work your days off.
