The company is a joke. Turnover rate is really high as a result.

Inconsistent hours and shifts when you start. They just put you to random sites all over the city.

They will annoy you at 4am on your days off to get you to come in. If you do come in. They will cut your hours because they dont want to pay overtime.

Raises are extremely rare and when they do give you one, its really small. I've met people that have worked here for years and have not gotten a raise.

None of the supervisors last because of bad upper management.

Static security is the least stressful. Handful of patrols in one site.

Mobile is very exhausting. You end up patrolling multiple locations at least 2 or 3 times throughout the night.

Field supervisors always complain that they are overloaded and the pay is not worth it.

Managers and Supervisors are Friendly. Always ready to help when you need. Recently there was a snow storm during my shift and I get stuck in snow. I called Supervisor for help and assistance arrived in less than 30 minutes. Winter season is hard for mobile patrollers but spring and summer seasons are enjoyable. Normally have get together Party before Christmas every year but not this year due to Covid-19.

The company didnt provide much work, underpaid spite of the extensive experience I have, didnt get a raise until a year and a half later, manager didn't seemed to like me much, especially after he found out I went to get a job somewhere else to fill in the missing days I wasn't working with this company, never got my shifts the way I wanted them, wouldnt consider this company to anyone 

The biggest thing that is a drawback from working here is that they are late with payroll on numerous occasions.
This is not good for those having bills to pay and them being drawn from their account. When the pay is late the money is not there and you suffer paying overdraft fees and bounced cheques from your account.
I left the company when I had an incident and the company did not stand behind me.
Over all a very poor managed company.

Job security was not secured. Erratic hours. As well training was not standard . hours were sporadic and not consistent. My supervisor was unable to reach or communication was minimal. I felt my safety and detail jobs were not presented appropriately. My safety was at risk

The company did not always have the hours to give full time work.
when I worked it was a 4 on 3 off 3 on 4 of 12hour shifts
I did not like the night shift to much but I did get the weekends off only worked 14 out of 30 days a month and still made the same amount of money as if worked all month.

As a Mobile Driver there is a variety of situations on a daily basis. 
I learned how to be more safely conscious.
Management is not consistent with regards to company policies.
The most enjoyable part of my job is the variety of situations I deal with on a daily basis.

While sometimes frustrating trying to find employees to cove a shift in the middle of the night I learned alot about the highs and lows of the management side of things and come to appreicate the steady pace of static site coverage and gained a resect for the efforts of management.

Underpaid and overworked meanwhile the owner cashed in on every hit we made as mobile security.   If you want to do security for real don’t go here!  Tried to force me to go to work when I was sick that’s called illegal.

The company is Good. people are respectful. Hiring was good an its Not too Hard which is better than others. still prepare your questions for test and verbal interview questions. Hours not enough. rest experience yourself. other than, all good.
