What is the best part of working at the company?
The team work, I prioritise my tasks base on urgency and importance, I stay organised to ensure that I don't forget things, I double check my work and pay attention to details. to ensure everything is well cleaned. I accustomed to working fast paced invironment and thrive under pressure. I appreciate constructive criticism as an opportunity for grouth and improvement. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful part about my work experience is to clean up the mess and dirt made by guests, but it doesn't matter to me cause I understand thst it is part of my duty. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
We have a good team work, we help each other, after we finished our assigned tasks. We used to help to those who is not yet finished, so that we can log out on time together. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I like most of the working day time

At the start of the day work we always have a brief meeting to discuss concerns on each room assignment or any suggestions to make our hotel most presentable to our guest, discuss any complaints and how to solve the issues. How to improve our performance and learn to accept our mistakes.
There is no issues about the nationality, gender, cultures and belief. We treat everyone as a family member and we all enjoy each one company and as a team.
In every job or work place we can meet  the enjoyable part and the hardest part of our job. I think time management is most important for every employee in order to accomplish the assigned rooms on the day. Work positively, accurately and with minimal supervision.

Every job has its own pros and cons and service plus definitely has more pros than cons. The staff is all very friendly and the management is fairly accommodating and understanding when it comes to taking time off for family or illness. The job itself is, for the most part, fast-paced and task-based. The hours are pretty decent.

Its a great place to work, everyone is very helpful and the advancement here is good. 
The management is very helpful and willing to do what ever it takes to help their staff succeed at their jobs. 
The hotel offers some amazing specials like a managers social which is a free meal for the guests and the manager comes out and sits with the guests and gets very involved.

Great to work with co-employees.
However, Management  (GM) doesn’t give you an opportunity to grow. They will give you most of the management duties and responsibilities without giving you any extra pay / increase thou you are working for more than 3 yrs.
Full - time, Less than 30 hours of work in a week during a non-busy day and then they will force you to go home.👎🏻

Abysmal wages, no benefits to speak of, no paid sick leave (had to use my vacation pay to cover my covid downtime). 
You're cannon fodder and worth as little as they can pay. I'm getting out at the first opportunity. 
I was only hired because I needed a job and was willing to sacrifice my vast skill set for low wage. 

I love working as a Front desk clerk at Service Plus Inns & Suites. Literally the best job I've ever had and the staff are nice and understanding. Schedule is flexible and gives you opportunity to enjoy yourself and take some days off for vacation!

I enjoy working here and my coworkers and management are wonderful. There are opportunites to advance and incentives in place. Management takes concerns seriously amd do their best to make sure everyone is happy

the people who work at this company are awesome people, they were like a family to me, I would refer anyone to work there, they treat everyone very well.
