Worst training. They should seriously review their training videos. Their training development team has unrealistic standards and deadlines. hard to communicate too. Expectations go over the roof. Very high employee turnover, hard to stay even for a month. They will keep overloading you with work and micro manage.

Good for young graduates.
Great exposure to hedge funds and private equity. 
Hand-on experience in investment accounting and reporting.

Very high turnover rate there was a team, 80% of team member left in one month.
The workload is high and the manager is very difficult to communicate especially for the newly hired ones.

This company is a bit sketchy from the start. Without any phone calls, they email me and do a test.  

Later few weeks later and called me for an interview. And two weeks later I got hired with them.

Training was really bad and they are not clear with the job description. I left the company. 

This organization operates with fewer employees than necessary and expects staff to work additional hours without providing overtime compensation. Although vacation days are allotted, obtaining approval for their use is often challenging.

Decent place to start. Management is all over the place and will mostly blame mistakes on lower grade employes. You will get a decent experience to be able to move to a better job. Not really that many opportunities to grow within the company

Tons of works and overtimes. not be able to go home before 11PM on a regular basis during Jan to Mar and Jun to Sep. if you are looking for a work life balance place, don't come.

I worked with an amazing team that supported me and assisted me whenever I needed it. I learned a lot of skills and look forward to implementing them in future endeavours.

Friendly and supportive team members. Nice learning opportunities. May become quite busy and demanding at times during month and year ends or when people in team are on vacation. 

Small toronto based company, not that great pay and management continuously micromanages employees. Long hours and not a lot of advancement opportunities
