I learned that knowledge learned from experience because even though you doesn't have experience you can easily catch up with the thing/machines that surrounds you.the management is good,they have a security to secure the employees working in their company,my co-workers treat us well,they are friendly..
The hardest part of the job is when you trained to those point of sales machine that you didn't know..it's always a no good reaction..
And the most enjoyable part is when all the people surrounds you is working but they didn't felt tired,and we greet the customer with a smile,and we can see in their face a word CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

SM EDD used to be under SM Retail Inc, so this review for the SM EDD. Expect long overtime even overnight works which is ridiculous because it is unpaid. Not to mention all of the managers are under pressure hence they will take it out on their staffs.  Management seemed to close one eye of what is happening to the staffs hence the high turn over rates.

Just do your job correctly the promotion is base on your performance and attitude esp. In handling customers complain and inquiry. I learned a lot in cashiering they did orientation/seminar about modus operandi in credit card and fake money

im very proud of this company because all employee give them a good salary and benefits . and all employer are so kind and friendly . i experience in this company  how to be friendly and being nice with others .

I learned to handle different kinds of characters from my previous job. I was handling all fashion/branded events for one department and working with a big number of employees will surely test your patience and willingness to work and cooperate.

S.M is Most popular mall in the Phillipines. (Mall of Asia the largest mall in asia) we have team work incentive paid leave discount in the product the owner of this company is from China.

In this job I learned how to be patience and how to be friendly person in my co-workers. my co-workers in this company are good and they are fun in such of being a co-employee.

providing unique and good service will make your customers loyalty to ur company :) so that we have to do our best always and make them comfortable like their comfort zone:)

Working being a sales clerk helps me build my relationship to customers. Giving them the satisfactions they need by providing them the excellent customer service.
