This place used to be a great place to work until we got bought out by Sodecia London 8-10 years ago. Since then we haven’t gotten any raises, we usually get a $1000 dollar bonus which we get taxed on, except this year they decided we don’t deserve one. We used to get free benefits and now we have to pay for a portion which equals out to the bonus we get. The management here are a total joke and don’t care about the hourly workers. They used to pay for our breaks and now they took that away by making us stay 1/2 hour later. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get hired here. The reason I’m still here because I’m over 50 years old and it would be hard to find a job out there due to my age.

Regrettably, the company has undergone a significant deterioration, reaching an abysmal state of affairs. It is plagued by a multitude of issues, including a pervasive culture of incompetence and mismanagement. The working conditions have become utterly appalling, leaving much to be desired. The alarming rate at which highly skilled employees have been leaving is a clear indication of the dire state of affairs within the organization.

was ok most of time until •	Identified constraints of high volume, automotive, Spot weld and robot assy production lines and implemented measures to improve: profit, quality, output and reduce PPM.
•	Developed preventive maintenance plan and assigned maintenance team work orders
•	Implemented hazard ID corrective actions and scheduled into maintenance plan
•	Created and maintained OA spreadsheet on process improvements
•	Identified bottlenecks thru time studies and improved output

Management are brutal. People worked the butts of last year working 6 days a week mandatory for 6 months. Company made so much money in sales in the last 3 years. But once again management here are super greedy and didn’t give anything a raise or a bonus. They just care about their performance so they can get their yearly review and get their big bonuses. Bad place to work for, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Management are a clique. The previous management screwed me out of a significant raise by changing the description for a position I had agreed too and performed for a year after accepting and the current clique fired me for refusing the mask "mandate" due to health reasons even though they already had the required doctors documentation. I was there 20+ years and watched it go from the best employment ever to the absolute worst. All of the good people left that sinking ship. 


My time at Sodecia Automotive was a valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. I gained hands-on knowledge of automotive production systems, quality standards, and team collaboration. Very poor management and company does not care about workers, we work our butts off for this company and all they do is take stuff away instead of showing appreciation for our hard work, not a good place to work for unless u don't care in how u treated or making a fair paycheck.

One of the worst ran company's I've ever worked for. Upper management was terrible, frequently lied or withheld information from their employees. Hr department was unreliable, mandated 6 day work weeks after they layed off half their employees. Very little to no accountability for senior workers.

Management does not support employee growth, saving money for the owner is the number one priority, lacking of training and clear guidelines make your day stressful and management team do not treat people respectfully.

Sodecia was fun to work at. The only problems was the ammount of parts you had to make made you work really hard. The quotas were ridiculous. Some maxhines you could hit quota most you could not
