What is the best part of working at the company?
The best part? Flexibility and remote work.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Literally everything else. Management and senior leaders are unreliable, biased, lack awareness of their own actions and comments. There’s no transparency in decision making and communication is non existent. Bullying is rampant and there is no room for growth.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
They preach a great company culture, but it’s lip service at best. Work environment is hostile and toxic. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stress. Meeting after meeting, little time to actually complete the work assigned. Lack of vision and guidance. Processes are broken and shared service departments lack accountability.

This could be such an awesome company - if only Operations Management would change. When all the people you've hired for a department leaves within their first year of working there - there's a problem with the manager of the department.  
Unethical internal practices continue to go supported, while those who try to do the right thing get punished harshly.  

The call center staff are friendly, yet their hardwork often gets forgotten as the toxic culture that continues to get supported by the current leadership team makes if very difficult to work here without feeling dirty and uncomfortable with decisions/direction this company continues to take.

Used to have a great work environment but now is almost impossible to move up to another position unless you are kissing upper management's butt and are an outgoing person.  Pay is still good but is getting more and more stressful with the clients.
Clients are in the middle because of our processes.  They take a long time to communicate between departments (sometimes weeks to months!!) which is ridiculous.  Client's are rightfully upset at this and CSR's are constantly getting screamed at.  Not something that was happening before at all.

Working at sonnet presented me with the opportunity to grow, learn and polish my skills. 
Working with a new and upcoming company, possessing brand new concepts of operations, customer management, and employee satisfaction, my patience and dedication to my clients and company has grown exponentially.

Company director left unceremoniously and, consequently, atmosphere and management-style suffered. Direction was inconsistent and without cohesion; a culture of fear replaced a fun-yet-chalenging work-culture.

I did an online screening and went for an interview. They seemed friendly enough but almost forgot to interview me alongside the other candidates. They said they would let us know within two weeks whether or not we got the job but they never called me i.e ghosted me. Needless to say I felt disrespected.

Job sucks 
Calls all day
Customers harassing
Backstabbing coworkers and managers
Managers act like they are gods gift to earth 
Overall horrible environment 

The pay is competitive but the workload is heavy. Customers are demanding, tech issues abound. A lot of KPIs that measure your performance. Shift bidding and vacation scheduling can make it hard to get the schedule and vacation days you want.

The work place is very relaxed and the have a ping pong table. You get to wear jeans everyday. You will be called a superhero and the culture is great.

The company is new but the approach to personal insurance is friendly and innovative. The employee age group falls around the 30 year mark, so the work environment has a 'millennial' atmosphere. Projects tend to be long and rushed.
