SRS was my first opportunity to become and Ironworker and though many have had differing opinions, I myself felt the company was fair and just in adhering to company policies.
  The pay was competitive and the staff were more then fair. 
 In todays industry I would go back to this company without hesistation.

The safety group promoted a good safety culture that was statistically evident at the end of this project. there was good planning and had good consistent work fronts for the work force on hand. Immediate managers were supportive and knowledgeable and received good cooperation from their fabrication facility.

learned a lott about the cooling tower system and pumping houses in oil and gas plant. good mentor ship  
safety oriented and the management never pushed too hard
the weather was the biggest challenge but watching the scale of work being done by different trades and professionals was the best part.

Very pleasant place to work with extensive knowledge in the health and safety field. Management and co-workers are excellent to work with and Team Building was highly stressed

SRS was a good company to work for. It is to bad they screwed over Cenovus and are getting kicked there site at the Cenovus mod yard in Nisku . The people were great to learn from.

Good place to work where the people in charge care about their employees. I wasn't under insane pressure to produce above my ability, and a good days work was something the boss would be happy about.

Was a good company to work for good safety culture.They book your flights and they where helpful when making inquiries about workload and how long they would have work

good place to work. great working with people who are there to work,there were very talented people working there.i got along well with management and things went very smooth.

the day was organised and safety was foremost.
there was a great deal of experience there and therefore an opportunity to learn.
