Very stressful place to work as the owners have to know what your doing at all times and every employee is monitored when they are making calls to book freight.  If they notice that the phone lines are not lit up, they will send a Skype saying, “We need everybody on the phone.”  We are asked to come in early, work through your lunch and breaks and stay late.  When a load gets booked, we have to get the rate approved and if they think the rate is too high you are told to “keep looking.” You go home at the end of the day completely drained. 

Decent place to work if you are looking for a job in this field. Unlike some other companies, you can have a life outside of work. At times there is a quiet period and it can get a bit slow but I imagine this would be the case for most, if not all, courier companies. Not much room for advancement though. If you are a driver that is what you will be for as long as you work here.

If you don’t mind working for less than minimum wage then this job is perfect for you.  It is a heavy load with little pay by the time you consider your vehicle, your gas, your taxes and your maintenance then you make very little.  They offer a good wage but then something changes and your wage drops but the volume gets bigger.  They have perfected how to lie.

All work places have challenges.  This one tries to ensure a positive day.  Try your best and opportunities are presented to the best candidates.  They place people in advancement roles from within the company before looking outside.  It is great to have first right of refusal on new and existing business.

Started with this company as courier broker and when left , was working inside the warehouse for Xerox , Post Canada and Cisco ( main contractor Progixtics And SCI ) .

Hopefully things have changed at the moment, still it worth working there also to build experience. I started with my own van but the pay was not covering me up my expenses..

- Not really that much work.
- Good management.
- Need a good dispatcher to make money.
- There is no salary is based on deliveries which is ok sometimes.

What kind of company pretend to find an idiot willing to put more than 4,000 kms a month in his car,  plus gas, maintenance and insurance,  for about $15 the hour?

A commission job. Paid based on ur route  . Every route had different price. The price of the route cover ur gas ur insurance ur car maintenance as well.
