No comment, this company was a great place to work unit it was bought out

Upper management, not knowing their job and expecting you to do thiers

Was excellent till bought by arrow

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful and unknowns. Travelling to all plants and dealing with the environment

Complete waste of time. Lead hands will make you do dangerous things regardless of comfortability medical issues ECT.
Whenever you put in requests it just gets forgotten about or when you ask for anything, It's like it never happened.
Work never got spread out equally, just got piled onto me. Was never a even if fair dynamic.

Management is basically non-existent. HR is the same quality control is basically just there to tick around. Just do something, anything! 

They promise you the world and give you nothing. They tell you you're gonna get a raise and come up with an excuse not to give it to you. They tell you you're doing a great job and then goes behind your back. It's just one toxic work environment

There is no scheduling. You work from  one panic to another. If you are a good worker they pile everything on you while others do nothing. Since the new company took over there has been many cuts, I.E. benefits. Cannot get tools or tooling to do your job.

This is not somewhere you should invest your future in. Those in charge are only concerned with keeping themselves employed, at all costs. It is NOT an equal opportunity environment. HR is unfamiliar with basic Employment Legislation.  

Took some time off for stress, went back to work, and was pushed harder than ever, management makes life challenging. If you think this is a good place to grow, keep looking. TOXIC.

Not worth the trip to stratford if your traveling from out of town . Good co workers . Welding machines were out of date and beat . Working with cheap stainless every day would make you feel sick all the time even with all your ppe on . Low pay with high expectations .

When I worked there they gave you plenty of time to get situated and helped you with becoming comfortable and doing any and all of the projects that you would be doing.

Wonderful workers but terrible management they literally ran the Woodstock plant into the ground. 50 people lost there jobs.  Because there was no improvements or positive changes made 

Nice and friendly people! Even the managements!
But after the M&A, the heads seems to have no idea what they are wanting for.
Pushing schedules, excessive new recruits dragging veterans, no raises...
This place is falling apart.
