Drive to/ from site, we usually start the morning off with laughs, a few jokes passed around, the hole crews normally 30-15 minutes early so we have lots of time to just chat and catch up before the meeting starts. I'm always learning, the industries to vast not to, what's amazing about oil and gas, pipeline in particular is everyone's willing to help you out and teach, you just have to wanna learn. Management, well I don't know to many of them but what can say though with a smile is the ones I do know I like as individuals. This is honestly the only company I've ever known to have a program in-place for putting people in the operators seat, if that doesn't say all you need to know about the work culture then I don't know. Hardest part of the job is touching up all the little stuff at the end, that's also the most enjoyable the end to a job well done.

Work starts with a drive or tasks to be completed in town or at the office before heading to site. We were given every tool we needed and anything we didn't have was acquired the next day. Spent time alone with one other person tasked with the final clean up of our company's work on a large site stretching kilometers. Learned how to navigate a swamp safely and had fun in the mud. You gotta dig yourself out and always carry a stick or shovel. Best month of work ever!

One of the best companies I've worked for. Very competent crew, and management was engaged in my limited experience with them. Pay was very good, really good, competent personnel top to bottom, very little D&A use compared to other companies I've worked for. Always gonna have a little here and there, but very minimal

Straight forward. High paced.

Supervisors are easy to talk to and very understandable if life comes at you and you need to take time off to address it.

Positive work atmosphere and lots of focus on bettering ourselves and expanding our knowledge when it comes to learning pipefitting. The McMahon team are the guys to work with! 

I worked with the same group of people through many years and companies. Strait Projects is their newest and leads in safety, wages, new equipment/tools. Safety is their priority. If you respect safety policies and procedures and rules you will succeed. ZERO tolerance on drugs/alcohol. I highly recommend.

Crews were decent, very fast paced, lots of fun, no matter what crew your on! We did a 36 day hitch with Strait up in FSJ. If I had any issues with my cheque/hours they were good about fixing it.

Good company and fair amd competitive wages. They have a large compound with plenty of room for Machines and pre fabrication to be performed. The shop and office space is new and large as well.

Awesome people,equipment clean and working condition. ,great location for working . Foreman are helpful,positive hands on ,there always there for you and your co workers 

Good people good pay I had a great time working here , long hours but good pay 
Great scenery around the fsj area and these people made it home thanks guys
