   The most enjoyable part of the job is that you are not doing the same thing each and every day. The hardest part of the job is that during the busy seasons you will work long hours and shifts that can be at different start times in response to operational needs.

The most enjoyable part of my job is working with client's to make their event come to life. Watching an empty room, hall, show floor become this amazing space full of activity, noise and happy exhibitors, attendees and clients.

Stronco has a good reputation within the trade and consumer show industry. I was very happy to join them two years ago. I enjoy taking care of exhibitors needs on a daily basis in the office and once in a while on site at show. 
I am impressed and grateful that they have kept us employed during this covid nightmare.

You can learn a lot since you working here. Stronco will always support and give you opportunities to grow and enhance your skills and career path. You are always appreciated by people and the company. If you a quick learner, this is where you should work and learn everyday. Always being productive, supportive and comprehensive. There are always people who listen, teach and guide. Enjoy working here.

It all looks great form the outside until you work here. Overall low morale throughout employees, due to poor management, culture and life balance. Very negative atmosphere with little advancements to make work easier but with constant overflowing work.

well it is awesome to be apart of the STRONCO family. If you have a great work ethic and work hard. You will be rewarded for your hard work.Most enjoyable part we pull together to get the job done. hardest part of the job a lot of long hours.

The company does well because it is niche in the tradeshow industry. Also they have broad markets they cover. Unfortunately turnovers say it all. There is plenty of work and the company will be around for awhile.

We all have our part to play like in an orchestra (company slogan is Orchestrating Excellence).  Like a well conducted orchestra every performance is top-notch.  Happy to be a part of the Stronco family.

If you a person who enjoys their job and love to learn more then this is the work place for you. very understanding management , friendly co-workers,  100% job Security.

I have been working at Stronco for the past 30 years and I can say that this company has become a second family to me. It is a great place to work and I wouldn't want to work anywhere else!
