PSWs get the worst of it, as far as working conditions but the patients or residents, they suffer, due to extreme shortage and disorganization of staffing. The management had and are rumored to still lack any sense of responsibility for this and worse, they lacked insight and professionalism, as well.

I would never put my parent here and I would not encounter anyone to risk their Certification, mental health or wellness, working here

Work place never has supplies  staff hoard & hide supplies for themselves 
Staff don’t work as a team, mostly full timers act like they run the show- and they’re the bosses of the part timers.  Lots of abuse witnessed and neglect in this workplace.  Very sad how residents are treated.  If you speak up or report against your coworkers, you get alienated and bullied for being a rat.  Nobody loses their job for abuse  they just get “scolded”

Nothing that’s why it closed, horrible company

Incompetence from ownership to management to staff

Bad, incompetent people, only caring about the profits not the residents

This home is the worst nursing home in the province. The owners are corrupt and don’t improve the property or spend money to make the residents lives better. Do not place your loved ones here. The building is old and dirty but most of all the owners are terrible people who shouldn’t be in this business.

Weak Leadership team, poor culture no transparency no support for career growth. Fast turn over rates in management, to much energy on gossip and politics not enough on providing good quality care services to the residents they are responsible for.

I enjoy going to work and the residents  are happy to see me. Makes me feel good when I can help them in any way. I like to know I was able to help them and make them happy. I treat all residents the way I would like to be treated. They deserve to be happy and cared for.

I have been with sunnycrest for quite a while.  There’s a high turnover rate with staff as people get burned out there. Residents and their families are some of the highlights of a shift.

Great company but competition became too much over last 3 years. Fantastic customers in health care always pleasent and contracts I won I was very proud of which i held for 2 years.

This company is good .im new to my job but d help me a lot for my training. Even I’m part timer d give me a good salary.i learned from them to have a team work which is I will apply to my next job and do all my best for my job

Good people to work with. Fair pay. Treated well.  Good room for moving up and management trusts you. Residents were great and were really appreciative. Good food to serve and activities
