SUPERCLUB VIDÉOTRON

*Normal day at work would be of insuring that everyone is at work in time including myself. 
*Making sure that everything is ready for the costumers needs.
*Great social skill needed to insure that the costumers and employee are satisfied and come back for more. 
*Making sure that the product is at the right place and the new one in evidence to the costumers.
*Cashiers skill also needed and skills for the promotions offers and maintaining a steady flow of services.
*Was great working with everyone and everyone was polite.
*Hardest part of the job would be of leaving the job.. 
*Most enjoyable was to interact with the clientele and make sure they were satisfied. I can't express enough on how rewarding it is to see a client satisfied and smiling.
*I was part of the management and would not mind being once again.

Superclub is a movie rental store that is still afloat because it thrives on customer service. Clients come and ask for our movie recommendations and an employees job would be to show them a movie specific to the genre they are looking for therefore, a lot of communication is needed which I love. The hardest part of the job is to deal with late and or lost movies because clients get charged and sometimes refuse to pay. The team I work with are the best part of the job because they have become my little family. I definitely would recommend this job to any student, but the pay will always be minimum.

A typical day a work would be, opening the store welcoming in clients helping them find the movies they want to rent or buy and passing them at the cash register. I learned to be patient. My co-workers always keep the job intersting, they always have energy and are fun to be around.I enjoy working when its an good environment and being able to make friends. Hardest part of the job would be when we have a rush and clients are upset,  we just have to stay calm and every thing usually works out

Always love working in a video club there was always plenty of nice people to meet some we were used to see daily others that we knew personally this is a great place to start as a CSR when you are young. Maybe the best place when your are a student.
Unfortunately, since the downfall of Blockbuster we knew it was a matter of time before online streaming giants like Netflix would take over.

You will never get a raise or any benefits or even seniority. So it really is a good job for students however do not expect to climb any ladder because it is a family business so they keep hiring relatives.

I worked at the Videotron Boutique inside the Superclub videostore. I sold Videotron services (home phone, tv, internet and cellphone) and helped existing custoemrs who had issues with their services.

- I loved explaining movies to our customers.

Enjoyed my time there very much. Positive atmosphere and your work is recognised. Only thing is, even after a few raises, still barely over minimum wage.

It is a pity this company had to shut all of its stores, I loved seeing the regular clients and have a talk with them about the most recent movies and their passion for the cinema.

It was only a three-day internship for the sun children operation so I have nothing to say about this job.But I worked with some lovely people and respectful.
