SUPPORT ON THE WAY

Support on the Way was very clear when hiring me, that this was work could accommodate my schedule. It did just that. Gave me the flexibility to pick up and not take shifts when I had other commitments. In changing daycares every day and sometimes visiting multiple sites, I have made great community connections. I enjoy working with children and the staff at the sites I was sent to had very respectful staff. The management gave me many opportunities to choose locations that were convenient and was there to talk if an issue arose. My pay was always on time and I will return if circumstances ever change. I had a great experience at this company and would suggest it to others.

Support On The Way has been an amazing place to work for over the years. My supervisor always ensured that I received the amount of hours that I desired and really prioritized my well-being whenever I would come to them with anything. 

They really look out for their staff and clients as I have seen from personal experience. Overall, I highly recommend working for Support On The Way, and am happy to be able to say that I was part of their team! 

I enjoyed working with the company. I got to interact with many different childcare centres and I’ve learned a lot that’s beneficial to my career.
The problems I had with this company was,
1. They claim you get paid every two weeks but it’s actually a month or more.
2. I had to mail my time sheets and wait for them to mail a check to me.
3. They claimed to be flexible but there was no time off, you had to be able to work when ever they call.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very good management immediate feedback if problems arise.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Sometimes pay can seem a little long.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is diverse friendly stafff organized environment 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Welcoming adaptable environments.

Support on the way is a good starter job.  The management is friendly and because this is an agency, the days of work are flexible.  Keep in mind though that there are some challenges with paperwork, but overall this is a good company to first get your feet wet when starting new.

I worked there for almost a year and it was a great experience. My supervisor was amazing to work with! She was Always there to answer all my questions and took the time to get to know me!

Would not recommend. Treated as a number and flinged between multiple sites a day. Manager seems nice and caring but really if you have concerns she doesn’t care, just wants you to fill a spot 

She doesn't pay you on Time it takes 3 months for your  cheque  to arive

Nice company to work as ECA supply. The only complain is that you get shift just before a day or even in morning which actually justifies the job as supply teacher.
