What is the best part of working at the company?
I have not been there long but so far I think it is a great place to work , approachable supervisors and leads , all very knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain. Safety is a main concern and the work environment is quite fascinating and interesting .


What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
To be honest the most stress for me is making an uncaught error , but there are checks and balances that usually find the mistake , taking away some of the stress.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Mix of cultures and nationalities makes working there interesting,  everyone seems to get along and friendly. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Busy so time passes quickly , most of the jobs are not to physically demanding so one does not become physically strained .

Safran is a former Zodiak aerospace, I learned a lot at Zodiak aerospace..Safran learn from me, Im not lifting my own chair I never forget almost all the newbee in our line come to me asking how to polish there thing that there working instead they asked to the lead hand, Im not very good but I share my to them what I learn regarding polishing technique...

This company may either be your career for a lifetime or be a training ground for your next job which you love the most the environment might not be the best but the experience on working on the products might be something you would never forget about and might be a great boost to your resume.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The sallary is basic level, and not enough to cover daily expenditures

Its about who you know rather than what you know at Safran. If you are friends with the management they will push out qualified personnel such that they can work with their friends.

Despicable company that treats people as human beings
The managers treat the workers like dogs and guard them like prisoners, which is similar to the concentration camps.  This company should go out of business quickly.

not recommended for anyone who work hard and expect to get fair salary  it never happen at this company. people who spend more time on talking less on hardworking can easily get promoted.

Bad management
No motivation
Salary is not enough to live.
Stupid supervisors.
The bad workers have more salary raise then the hard workers.
Don't loose your time and health and work for idiots.



Nice place to start to accumulate your career and the environment is chill so you do not get stress.
However, you won't be end up with getting fair amount of salary the more you work with them.

low salary, no job security, no place to grow if you are not a member of some groups which mad a gang. 
Just apace to start if you couldn’t find a job. No more.
