Over looked there employees and only hire there friends for the for higher up jobs always felt they only cared what you did lately not how much you did for them the whole time busy your but off for them and they never give you a better job or chance at better position

Great plant to work at. Its close to town. I liked my co-workers.
Management did not treat there people very good alot of back stabing.The hardest part of the job was going to cause you toruble to make a name for them selfs

Working with this company was a great experience as it gave the opportunity to supervise various large project of over 200 men per site.  Here we had 3-4  safety personnel all requiring to report to the Lead Safety who relayed the information to corporate office.

My job here at Safway is fast paced, High Stress which I do enjoy this environment.  My co-workers are very helpful in any way they can be.

Hardest part of the jjob is always material handling.
My most enjoyable part of being aScaffolder would be working safely at heights.

Good working atmosphere, met some great people to work with. Foreman were good to deal with and good balance between work and home life. Overall a good experience .

it was ok, worked with some real head cases on site lots of power trips, arrogant men thinking they could be rude and crude.
and brash to anyone who was beneath them.

These guy's have it going on.

- Great safety Culture.
- People/Worker's first approach.

A good paying job with the ability to perform shift rotations that allowed for travel arrangements and time home with the family.

great place to work. the people in the office really care about make the employees happy. they gave use inside work in the winter months. this company pays good
