A typical day at work was busy and well organized. I learned practical skills and improved my experience. Management was supportive and professional. Workplace culture was positive and teamwork-based. The hardest part was handling workload, but the most enjoyable part was working with a cooperative team and learning new things daily.

For my time in aramco i was enjoyed with excellent health facilty and sport facility. I went to the gym after work regularly and i have time to played tennis basketball. Regularly daily bus transfortation to al khobar.and sometime during weekend we went to aramco beach with friend and get together. For me saudi aramco is the best company in the world with exellent benefits for your family. I have been employed since 1991 to 2014 i really enjoyed.

Main area offices are great to work in especially when you want to balance your work/personal life.
In remote areas however, it is a different expectations, longer hours are expected and it is always high pressure. The financial rewards are worth it if you plan to do it for 2-5 years, then after that it can get under your skin. The facilities at all remote areas however are very helpful, clean rooms, clean food and several recreation areas can always be found.

Supervising drilling operations learning how to communicate with none english speaking workers. The management micro managed to a over board extent but in general very professional. The workplace consisted of several different ethnics very interesting but the language was the hardest part to over come. The fact of being able to work in another country learning there ways was the enjoyable part.

everyday work is somehow tiring but fruitful.
I learned to adjust to the environment, focus on my job description,and follow the clients job order.
I worked with camaraderie with my co-workers anytime.
the most difficult part that I met was in the rough sea and also the crane malfunction.
the most enjoyable part of the job is when i can finished the job order perfectly.

Controlling, filing, logging and keeping up to date status records of all project communications and technical documentation via Aconex electronic/web based document management system (EDMS) and SharePoint for remote access. Adherence to the project document control procedures and compliance with the company’s confidentiality and audit protocols.

Very professional and practical , 
Saudi Aramco is a very large organization and I worked for upstream Project Management business. Bosses are very supportive and set challenging but accomplishable goals.

Great experienced working in this multinational workers company. Yeerend benefits is excellent.  Free food and accomodation working in remote area and offshore field. Chances is high learning on multicraft fileds. 

 ARAMCO can be the best place to work if you choose to take an  interest.  Many people come to Aramco and spend their days drinking coffee, complaining and being miserable.  You can have the opportunity to see many incredible things
