Worst management ever, from scheduling to knowing how to run the place. So much patronism, only hire their friends, then give those friends all the shifts, even though they can't do the job, which has made this place go downhill fast.Kitchen terrible,always fighting with each other or staff over remakes or lack of quality in food. Not professional. No teamwork.Terrible working environment.Make you still tip out for help we used to have , but now don't. Where's that $ going? Would give no stars if I could.

They have terrible management and corporate does not care about employee complaints. They see management bringing a restaurant down and do nothing about it. I dont know how many people have to complain about one person until they do something about it. They ignore reviews online which they clearly shouldn't be. You will not make money here as they try and suck everything out of you. Even a 1$ dine and dash which is illegal

IF being busy and having an opportunity to take ownership of something is what you seek, then look no further. Corporate management seem eager to have staff take initiative and some staff who have been at this location for many years contribute so much to the overall workplace environment.

Compared to my last job, I feel supported and respected from every single employee. They welcomed me from the start and were very understanding and encouraging when I was first starting as an expo. The work environment is very productive and everyone works extremely hard. I truly enjoy working at the Sawmill and the food is amazinggg

I wish I could negative stars. Do not work at this establishment, it is a sexist workplace that has no care about their employees. The management is disgusting. The pay is ridiculous. Everyone i worked with has since quit. It is an abusive company and I warn everyone I meet to NEVER work here, or even give them your business. WORST job I have ever had in my life.

i love working at the sawmill in stony plain. 
Staff and management are amazing. Regular customers that truly become your friends. Management is fair and understands personal issues that may come up. 
However there is a disconnect from head office and they take alot in tip out.

it is a fast paste environment where you get to meet new people and develop new relationships everyday.

I learned a lot of my serving and Management skills here.
Our location had the best service reviews,and promotions in the company. Building was sold in 2014 ,and relocated the business to Leduc.

I want to learn at least 1 thing every day.
I like the manage people
I like to organizing others people stuff.
of course what I is my most enjoyable part of the job is the paycheck
make me feel proud of what I have done

They treat every employee as a number
Easily disposable and no appriciation for staff.... they will tear you down and push you around until you quit
No perks
Nothing but verbal abuse and expect hard work for nothing
