A typical day at work is :
- sign in computer 
- say good morning to fellow co workers
- see what section my supervisor puts me
- log in to the correct sections and start my day with the routine
- everyone is really friendly and always willing to help to make your    job easier
- the hardest part of my job is if its really busy and someone calls in sick, i am stuck having to do two people work but i am still able to do my job and the added tasks with no problem
- the things i enjoy most about this job is that i get to see sick people get better and babies be born and a really strong team to make everything run smoothly day in day out
- my supervisor and managers are really helpful and will always answer any question you ask them, and also understand if you need to call in sick and have a really good system for replacement usually 
- I learned a lot here from using new machine cleaning equipment i have never used before such as the taski 2600 floor buffer. Hard to use but i mastered it.

This placement I need to work about 300 hours in order to get my 4 credits in high school but I did over 600 hours and exceed that limit.
I received the highest mark out of 2 COOP classes & received an award and $100 scholarship

My role in this placement is the office administration assistant. I basically did a lot of office-related duties such as, filing, organize patients' charts and etc.
I always want to work in the medical field, because these are one of my interests and I realized there are a lot of people who need our help (medical practitioners). I am thinking this will be a dream comes true if I can make a difference to people's lives.

Hardest part of the job - I have to get up early and get there on time.
Most enjoyable part of the job - meet some health-care professionals and to know a bit of their roles in the department I was working in.

A typical day at work is pretty much easy going and relaxed except when it gets busy with patients in the morning.

I learned to apply my skills as a medical lab technician, teamwork, and basic communication skills with the patients.

The management here is good.

Working with my co workers was great, they were very nice and i also learned as I was training with them.

the hardest part of the job was whether or not you get blood samples from the patient.

the most enjoyable part was interacting with the patients and the success of drawing blood.

Working in Emergency Department as Admin Clerk evening and nights. Very busy 3pm -11pm or 11pm to 7am

What I learned was Hospital protacall
The hardest time I had was when two kids came into emerg jumped me and 1 threw a knife at me skined my ear.
Needless to say I left shortly after that.
(Security men were working very hard SLEEPING!!!)

Enjoyed working evening and nights.
Management and staff were great to work for.

Very hard some days and some days were fun got to meet new people.
iv learned how to be patient more and also more caring to peoples need not alone hear there stories
the hardest part for my job was to see the sorrow and the sadness that comes to working in a hospital
The enjoyable part of my work was i got to see the kids go home and also see the patients who were at the hospital for a very long time get to go home to their loved ones

I had a good experience and i'm waiting to be employed in Scarborough General Hospital, and i've applied for a job many times but to no avail throughout these 8 years

The work environment is safe and supportive. As a nursing student, I learned a lot from nurses on the floor, and gain great knowledge in the unit. I definitely would love to have an opportunity to work in this wonderful organization

I work there for just 1 month.  There is no training provided.  I am kind of confusing as to what l need to do.  But the work load is light.  The people are nice and generally it is a nice place to work.

Taking over in the morning hours, reading the report on file, introducing yourself to the patient. give medication, blood test and any other necessary procedure.
