My typical day at work would be processing daily timesheets and records, filing, managing benefits, producing reports for supervisors, answering phone calls pertaining to personal employee files or reports, submitting attendance reports, attending meetings, processing invoices and matching packing slip to invoice. The hardest part of the job was processing payroll with a very old system so lots of manual entry and reconciliations.

Typical day at work would be clocking in, then getting right to work carrying beds from one place to another. I learned that it could be a bit tough but worth it at the end. The management and workplace culture was great as they treated me very kindly for the short time I worked there. The hardest part of the job was carrying these special types of beds that were too heavy and the most enjoyable part of the job was being able to meet these great co-workers.

The more capable you are, the more overloaded you become, while others have time to chat around. Management cuts costs by pushing personal errands onto employees. People are not signing up to be an Uber driver here.
Colleagues frequently interrupt with “I know you’re busy, but…” for issues that should go to IT, creating constant unnecessary disruptions.
Overall, poor boundaries, unfair workload distribution, and a lack of respect.

They treat employees like dirt, they don’t care about your safety and they sure don’t care about your earnings.After working here for 15 years still gets laid off 3 to 5 times a year is such a usual thing in this company, the supervisors and manager have no experience whatsoever is the reason this place going down fast!

work place and workers are organized productive and helpful. after probation is accomplished wages go up and benefits are great. there is a high turnover rate because the entry position job is very straining on the body but the job can be very healthy if managed right.

If u like to work hard and make money mattress is the best place but every year you will be lay off, the company used people  all the time. The manager isn't professional 

-early and very productive from beginning to end.

-i have learned strong communication skills.

-management was a little hectic with organization skills/time management needs a little work.

If you kept your head down and did'nt question anything management did or said you had the opportunity to make good money. the faster you worked without mistakes the more you made.

Everyone makes all new employees feel like they belong. Smiles a plenty, and good mornings are sincere. Management wants to know how you are doing in your daily happenings.

I  enjoyed night shift. I also worked unicase, pocket coil, crate opener
and cutter for panels. It was fast paced and competitive.  I am pleased
 with my experience there. Thank You
