Instead of management calling and updating customer on more equipment or charges, they make you be the communication bridge so you get stuck between boss and the client

When they have a job they dont care if you're already on a site, they'll rip you off one for day, then send you back. You'd be lucky to finish a lot of the jobs you start.

They think a few hours in a single day to train you on a complete alarm system from install, programing and finish and think your certified but wont give you the raise they promised for their the training.

Use of your own vehicle, tools and must buy everything else needed for job yourself even if you lose or break it within an hour.

I am very grateful to this Company for knowing my potential and giving me the role of Security Supervisor, which benefited me in learning and growing in handling new tasks. My management team was incredibly supportive in helping me sharpen my existing skills and develop new ones. I am grateful for that opportunity, which directly led me to career advancement opportunities.

Guards are mostly dropping the shift as they found this job need skillful people. The management offers good hours to work as of now. In case, they offer at least minimum hours for sure.
Company needs to review their hiring policies and salary policies for guards. Management needs to improve little bit more to abandon "external guard suppliers" becoming huge risk for company to ensure long term employment for guards as well as security assurance for their clients.

You are told to come in everyday at 1,2 or 2:30, you sit there and LEARN different ways to SELL/ SHOVE the alarm system down peoples throats. you do not get payed for this time you get payed starting at about 430- 5 till about 9, your hours are not kept acutely so every pay check gets cut and you have to fight for your money. If you sell the unit you do not make the money that they say you will be making. this place of employment is Garbage you get treated like garbage swell.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Love my job but it's time to move onto something bigger and better. You never know what you're going to encounter every day, but they need better training for the guards, and they need benefits.

Typical days included selling ADT security system long term contracts door-to-door and customer service. Management was very bad, required very long man hours for sometimes very little return.

They have a wide variety of jobs. Loss Prevention, events, residential, corporate security and others. Their greatest strength is their flexibility. You can work as many places and hours per week as you like.

Door by door sales work without any benefit, you will get paid depending in your sales only, for me is not worth it, and they will want to go to their meeting every single day without any payment.

Management is brutal. He will hire everyone and anyone. He does not care how many hours you get and gets upset when you book hours unavailable, he sometimes even takes away hours you have confirmed.

Management is incompetent they have no clue how to run a business  hire guards who don't speak English.  Place should be shut down. The pay is never correct argue they take away hoys and pay.
