I worked here for roughly 14 months. My experience here just was up and down, but was tolerable as there are always things you like and dislike about any workplace. Jan 2023 it went down hill rapidly with new management (current management) jumping on board (practice manager + operations manager). 

Reasons for liking the workplace in the beginning, was a hard working team, friendly and kind, and how rewarding it was to help patients, especially ones with extreme anxiety. You build such a unique rapport with everyone. Reasons for disliking the workplace in the beginning was work life balance was tough, workload was heavy, turnover was insane (4 managers in the last 14 months, not even including staff members), unnecessary late nights and long work days, and drama. So. Much. Drama. 

Current managers now, beware. I left voluntarily due to an unhealthy work environment. 

Sedation dental is just not the same anymore, it was a place that I genuinely enjoyed for a period of time, it was rewarding and I felt I had purpose there , but this feeling rapidly declined Jan 2023. I ended my employment July 2023. 

Sedation Dental Group is an excellent dental Office that really caters to individuals who have a fear of dentistry. Our experienced group of doctors , each and every hand picked staff member  from the new management, front desk  and clinical team all work together to make your dental visit an enjoyable experience. SDG really appreciates staff members , something that is quite rare nowadays. I have over 19 years of experience and I am so glad to  be  finally working at a place that I truly enjoy coming to, every single day. The four day weekday helps keep  my family life  /work balance. The office is continually updating its look and the new reception area with the  waterfall mirror is defnitely welcoming.Love it!!!!! :)

I haven't been working here very long, but even so over the past 3 months I have seen many changes occur to try to better the environment not only for the patients but the staff as well. Management is constantly striving to try to create a new vision for this clinic, and the improvements are already showing results in the atmosphere within the staff and with our patients. The hours could be a bit long at times due to the high demand for this type of dental care/sedation, but the Monday to Thursday schedule makes up for it 100%. 

Sedation Dental is a great place to work at, flexible hours and good team work. Change in ownership and management  has been amazing for the clinic. The renovations are beautiful and the new OR room is stunning. I will be going on 2 years at this clinic and hope for many more. The staff make you feel like your around family. I always feel empowered and when I need help management is always available to answer any questions I have. 

Long standing employee (25+ years), with a 2 hour commute.  The new ownership and management are very supportive and have turned the office around for the better.  
The team works in unison, with each person contributing to the patient's care.  
Very rewarding job and amazing teamwork!!!

Enjoy work and the team. New ownership and management has turned the clinic around. Long standing staff say they really see the difference in the vibe and atmosphere. The team has worked hard to come together and I've never felt so appreciated by management.

Everyone at this location is friendly and helpful. I have been here for over two years and have never had any problems with anyone, just laughs.
New management has taken over in the last year and have performed professionally and made the transition easy.

Was exciting to work there initially however after 18 months I was so ready to leave. Poor management , staff relations and job/ home life balance and no parking 

Worked here a very short time. Always seems to be chaotic and disorganized. Management - systems, procedures and structures are not followed properly or in place. Workplace culture - lacking mission, vision and set of values.

Nice atmosphere good people. Pleasant job to work in, really like working here but not the best pay/work load. However, I appreciate the management and the doctors are amazing
