At the beginning you are sold a great story on how good the company is. After a few weeks you start to see all the cracks. Vancouver office is taking over and the Edmonton office is become redundant. There is no advancement or growth opportunities. Projects are always going sideways and you are instructed to stall and give the client a run around story.  Very unprofessional. A large amount of turnover in the past 6 months. Probably the highest ever in the company’s history. It speaks volumes on how they treat employees.

Seko was a great place to work, with a great atmosphere and friendly staff.
It's difficult to get the senior staff to take the young up and comers seriously but if you are content with that then this is a great place. They strive to be the best. They have a knowledgable staff and devoted employees. 

The only downside is the politics and the 1%. They are avid Trump supporters, which sucks if you are not.

Seko has a flat management structure which creates tons of issues.  No one reports to anyone other than the Owner thus there is no collaborative team and no accountability.  People do what they want and even give themselves there own titles. They are paying new PMs more than PMs that were with the company for over 15 years.  What does that say about loyalty! Be very cautious about this company.  You could get hired then laid off a month later.

Words cannot describe how badly managed this company is. From the top down its so poor organized its not even funny.  In Sales they promise you large commission then steal all your leads and leave you with nothing. They set you up for failure from day one. I stuck it out as long as I possibly could until the job market turned around after covid.

Good people to work with.  Lack of work ended my term. Sales people rule and gain most of profits. End up being micro managed by sales. Small office so work will be very cyclical at times. Not enough of a backlog of projects.

It’s mostly relaxed and easy work such as clean up carrying loads if you’re a labour leaned quite a few things such as driving a  skid steer working with metal and wood safely and occasionally putting up a little bit of steel they will help you get your tickets if necessary.

We would work hard for 10 hours a day but our paycheques weren't very big. Company took 2 weeks for vacation without informing us. 

Company is not very productive, informative, truthful and more.

This is a fantastic company to work for, the people were amazing, professional and fun to work with.  There was a chance for advancement and a variety of duties which were interesting.

Seko was a great company to work for, if they were in my area I'd be applying again their staff are knowledgeable and their employees in the field are great to work with

The most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside my colleagues and when work is done properly and without problems.
