Senso Lighting

 I've been with Senso for a couple years now as it transitioned owners. Previously there were a lot of issues stemming from the original owner's hold over the company. Now there is a much better environment without that feeling of being blamed for things. Anyone that can show some initiative and ability can advance for sure as long as they are ready to take on the associated responsibilities.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The balance between remote and office

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of training, management from USA  constant adding of duties and unrealistic goals.   Say they care but that is the far from the truth.  Supposed to be easy to do business but they make that impossible internally.  Constant pressure 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fake.  High pressure for results only.

A great manufacturing company to work for. I worked in the design team and the team was wonderful and the head of designer is one of the nicest manager I have encountered in my career. And the owner of the company is great too and very approachable. The HR is awesome too; every email that I sent during the interview process was responded to very quickly (unlike 99.9% of the HR departments out there). 

I cannot comment on other departments but the design department is a great place to work.

Most of the managers are good. However the ones that are not good, hide their incompetency by blaming their subordinates and is protected by upper management. There is in fighting and everyone wants control of everything but does not want to actually take responsibility for anything. If you are the lower guy on the totem pole you will be the scapegoat for any problems 

Senso Lighting has always been an easy place to work. Easy to get along with other co-workers, fast paced environment but still an enjoyable workplace. 

Management has always been easy to talk to and always there to help when needed. There are times where deadlines are needed to be met, but have always come together as a team to make things happen.

Overall a great workplace, easy going and enjoy coming to work everyday!

I just started at SENSO a few months ago and my experience has been great. 
The co workers are welcoming, they work together as a team, the culture and atmosphere in the company has a good vibe and the owners are engaged with the employees. 
I look forward to continuing my career with SENSO, to learn and grow with the company. 
SENSO is a enjoyable place to work!

Don't quit your job to work here.  It's not worth it.  
Lots of favouritism and for sure you won't be the one.  You will be sick
Pay is very low and benefits is minimal.   No sick days.
Horrible working there and I have seen people come and go for the same reasons and people. 

You won't be able to live while working here, the management has favoritism and only gives raise to those who acts like "friends" to them. Those called "managers", "assistant supervisors" don't know what they are doing and if they made a mistake, they will blame others for it.
