The worst workplace i have ever seen. Dont expect any help from Supervisors and other co-workers. There is no training  provided at all. They dont need humans, they need "Superman". They want one person to be everywhere. Workers are liars and they never follow any orders.

Zero Management, lack of coordination between Supervisors and Managers which ultimately results in our loss. Great works are never appreciated. Politics and Favoritism is the foundation of the company. One can never feel secure working at this place. Place full of stupid and ungrateful peoples.

- Daily intervention and identification of continues improvement opportunities.

Most Enjoyable Part of the Job:
- Hitting the daily target and making those Kaizens!

This company requires an shake down from upper management to employees. Hr has to be the worst I've ever seen, doesnt have basic workplace knowledge at all. Senior maintenance  guys hate guys with a ticket so expect no help from those guys or the manager. Met some nice people there but as a knowlegable maintenance  guy dont work at this place u will regret it. Union is poisoned too so dont expect any protection.

Unproductive Union environment. Everyone does just enough to not get fired or grieved against. Everyone stabbing everyone in the back. Management is so out of touch, they should just close and re-open in another location with a brand new team top to bottom. I can't say enough what a horrible experience this was. I resigned after 2 months.

no much fun at serta,  The fact that we have union, the rate at which 
the \company fired employees was outrageous,

reason why I like the company is they pay employees weekly.

what I do not like about serta is that NO sick day pay. and we have to
work on Family day as regular pay hours.

Starting wage is not worth the job you're doing, they don't give raises , alot extra work, alot dead lines, times go by so quickly that you can't get things done, very stressful, no room for improvement,  they don't follow the WorkSafe regulations, no one really wanna work there, it's a miserable place to work like high school in there

Have been working at serta for awhile, money is very good compaired to other places. Union is strong and helps the workers. Managment was no good in the past but now there is new managment and everyone works together. Employees that have issues are the ones who create the problem. Very good company

Stay away from this company. Completely mismanaged in the operational productional. Very confused what needs to be done on the floor and at the management level. No ideas at technical level and raw materials handling level. Chaotic in every perspective.

Everybody is very nice and supportive.There pay rate is really good according to the workload.Managers and co-workers are really supportive.No stress at all you can easily achieve your targets on a daily basis.I highly recommend this place.
