Many young new immigrants from India. suitable for non-English speaking, mainly Punjabi speaking top to the bottom OF  crowd.
Majority of them are hardly few months in Canada. the workplace is confined and congested. not enough space, forklifts are all over, SO Very unsafe and noisy and dusty. 
Management has no respect for employee vice versa.
POOR WORKING CONDITION.
NOT ENOUGH RESOURCES OR SPARE PARTS OR equipment TO WORK WITH.
Lucky if one can keep the job more than a year.

A company run and owned by family, who are very supportive of their team members. Words of encouragement, appreciation always help team members to work harder. Managers from sister facilities were always supportive and informative regarding any quality related issues. Although communication has room for improvement, but this diverse workplace is still a good place to work at.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I can’t think of any. Long hours， low pay,

Workload is high, need efficiency and accuracy

Indian,South Asia, feel home if you are an Indian.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work,work,work,never end, high pressure

This company needs a trained manager. The owner cares about making money but not about the workers.  A certain woman acts as the manager, no class, rude and bossy. People come here and leave because they get no respect and low pay. Stay away from this company. Employees who stay there speak very little English and no French. They are immigrants from India and other countries who need a job and do not have a choice.

-Operated forklift to stock merchandise in designated area and pull down for shipping
-Help out in assembly line and product line.
-Help with heavy lifting
-Assisting the manager with in house inventory
-Loading/Unloading after hours when extra help was needed

Working in  Shah Trading company was very good experience for me even until now.but because of sometime  heavy work does not suite to my physical health and i also want to learn someting new .So that's  why i am looking for new job

Working for almost nine year, work has become stagnant. Looking for opportunity to work with new company where can learn new skills and use my wide experience

I'm not happy with the company; I executed my fathers estate and due To hold-ups with Work (not robbery just bad management) I still have To settle my fathers estate 7 years later.

Lots of cliques within office and company is a a top down management style.

Nice people, very easy work . Just lift the rice bag from production line and put them on parcel. Only one thing I really don’t like is the temperature inside is really hot on summer
