Worst management I have ever experienced. Sneaky and shady company, they cut corners. 

No leaders, no training, they desperately need someone that actually can manage people.  Toxic work environment, not a "family-like" company whatsoever. Everything is individual, just an office full of salesmen. 
They will throw you under the bus the moment things go wrong. Things will go wrong, you may witness temper tantrums from the boss. As they have no structure, no organization, no right way or wrong, just the boss's way or the highway. 

A very lucky company, doing very basic and repeatable business. Could copy their company in a second. They sell plastic and some metal at the end of the day.

They will sell you on advancements and bonuses, both are very rare.

Random obscure unreachable goals and then grilled for not meeting said goals. If your doing the labour minimum wage job, you will be fine and probably not notice the above. 

Great place to learn what you do not want in a job, great to learn what not to do. 

Salaried, Shipping and Office staffing positions stay far far away. 

If you are a good employee you will not be comoensated. Instead you will be given more/ difficult tasks to do, for the same pay. I have witnessed employees beg for 1 dollar raises after a years employment (was an amazing employee). They will tell you about future plans, future implements but nothing changes. The pay is WAY to low. You can show up everyday, do amazing work, go above and beyond your job title and in the end they will ask you why you havnt don't more. 

This is a great place to start your career and to learn. Managers and supervisors were great when I was working there. Everybody was helpful and eager to teach including the CEO. They were also very understanding in difficult circumstances. The only con was the pay.

A small company that's working at getting bigger.  
Management changes and an improvement in processes has changed the culture.   Better machines, better environment to work in and better wages.


Say they train on site then provide maybe a day or two of training and expect you to run everything by yourself... also ask you to do tasks you aren't trained for and that aren't part of your job description and will fire you if you complain at all. 

Good place to work lots of things improved under the new ownership. I worked for more than 2 years and It's a great experience for me. I did see lots of good changes in the past couple of months. Also a good work life balance.

Have seen a lot of improvement on how the company operates. Management is continuously investing in us and our technologies to help us grow. Excited to see things grow in the coming years 

EVERYONE IS HELPING AND WARM. They cooperative to when it comes to your health or any personal matter. You will never go out of work because there is always something coming up on the table.

New ownership with growth plan, creates a motivating future with lots of opportunity. 

Management gives the tools needed, along with technical coaching on product and industry.



Good place to work. Lots of improvement happen under the new ownership. Overall its a really good experience for me to work with Shaver and with new ownership.
