If you want a life outside of work this isn't the job for you. One of the supervisors is very rude and if she doesnt like you for some reason she will do everything in her power to get you fired. You are not allowed to take sick days. You are working 12+ hours a day standing in one spot and you only get 3-4 short breaks a day. If you remove rotten lobster from your pile they take it and throw it back in! Worst experience I had working and being a mother I would never go back because I value seeing my children. They also lied to me about my pay as they told me I'd be getting $12.50 and my check only said $12...

I like working here because this is the first time i get to work at a company that i get face to face with the bosses.All of them are approachable and when there's a problem they deal with it personally.I love the long hours coz that means more money for us too.My co-workers are nice people too, i never experienced anything that made me feel bad while working. The job is hard but that what calls for it, physically demanding, but what is enjoyable is we can still have a good time while at work coz we enjoy doing it.When problem arise the superior are always there.

I learned to value my co workers ability to work with others.. Since its a seasonal job, i have more time for myself and for my other concern when we have days off. I dont think there was part of my job that washard, as it was a very easy work.

I worked in food processing. I enjoyed being a part of a team, delivering a quality product. I report to a shift supervisor who is very pleased with my work. Sometimes the days are long but my co-workers make the worked day a very enjoyable experience.

start at seven don't know what time finish,like long hours work,repeated job everyday,management not so organize,co-worker are different races,the hardest part of the job is when we are behind the butcher,but the enjoyable part of the job when the work is over people are happy.

Hard job, very physical.

Long hours, no benefits, no work life balance. 
Low pay. They do pay overtime.
You will never grow in the company or aim to work in the office.
Favouritism.

Because in there they have many Filipino as  community and they have preference from supervisors.

Vary nice people strong support team, management is awesome. 
The shediac lobster shop is still my favorite place Iv worked .

Work was seasonal not overly hard labour. Management was great. Overall good place to work for. Traveling from moncton to shediac every morning and after work was the only downfall.

This job requires a good physical condition and you need to prepare you mind to wake up early every morning. People are respectful, welcoming, warm and you feel good to work with them.
