Great workplace due to staff and upper management. I have never had a problem communicating concerns to upper management (Head Office) about any issues I have had. Very supportive training and coaching. Very friendly and professional people. Although due to store closing, we were given less than 24 hr notice and 1 week severance. I feel like we should have had more time, but Head Office were there to support our situation at hand.

Working in a corporate store is by far the best. It was probably my favorite place to work. And the management team is very nice and easy going. Just to be sure to look for a corporate location. The franchised locations have their own rate of pay, scheduling, and over all work moral.

when ever I am alone over there and it is crazy busy over there and same time I got delivery and i have to place order. lots of work almost on same time. it is challenging. but every time i done this work perfectly.

I really loved working at Shefield express, it was a small store but had a lot of different products in it such as lottery, cigarettes, other tobacco products, snacks and drinks. My manager was so sweet and very helpful. Overall it was a great experience for me.

My time in Shefield was great for the most part. My coworkers and boss were amazing. But every now and then, a new hire would join and… they would get fired. This job didn’t require a lot of brain power and yet, some were incompetent despite how simple the job was.

It is a Productive and fun workplace. A lot to learn for beginners as you deal with various clients in a day.  This workplace taught me how to multitask in a fast paced environment.

ordering the needed products, take orders (mostly flowers), cashier responsibilities, keeping the store tidy, management was caring, selling tobacco products and lottery on top of grocery.

greeting, customer, open a conversation, respect , listen and do a excellent customer service , and PLUS sales , suggestion selling , and continue , thanks customer ,

The change to the store being franchised was a very negative one. the new owner/manager is simply horrible. The moral of the store has gone dramatically down hill
