Everyone hates their job here. I was hired BDC and the "promoted" to a position where I had no training, no guidance, and actually LOST money. So I was doing 3x as much as before, learning and teaching myself on my own and making less money than before. They wanted me to train as an advisor for Saturdays but with no commission based compensation on those days. I was also still doing BDC and also noy receiving the commission for that as well. 3 jobs. No commission like everyone else. No training.  Everyone comes into work upset and dreading the day. This place sucks the life out of you. Say goodmorning to a tech and prepared to be told how bad your life is because of where you work. 

Management did really help me in the time my car broke down and made sure I could get to work and were understanding with some health issues I've been having. But otherwise super negative and lack of training and guidance leaves your confused, frustrated and panicky. 

I was told they no longer needed my position and I was "let go" after 5 months.  When I got my ROE I was dismissed.  The following week the teenager who covered my breaks had my position.  I was paid a month's salary but I learned that was just hush money.  But if you do get hired you can constantly call in "sick" and work a dozen days in 3 months and still keep your job!  I wouldn't recommend this place for any position! 

Best working environment with best management and trainings. The owners are pro employees and really take care of the staff. Benefits are good while the office and working place are very presentable to all clients. Quality of service is the main concern of the management and complete information on the updates of management and industry. Conduct meetings everyday .tsales

After several years of working here everyday you feel like you have no clue how to do your job, and feel so much pressure to make impossible month end targets... If you want constant harassment from all management then by all means apply.  If you value yourself, then don't.  You are of no value to this company.  not a good environment to be in for 8 hours a day.  Goodbye!!

This place is run by someone very under qualified. The owner sicks his nose in every part of the company even when he doesn't have a clue what he is talking about. Job security is alright if your on managements good side. Other than the owner, Sherwood is filled with good caring people that make for a good day to day work experience.

New car salespeople stay with the company an average of 6-12 months before they realize that sustaining a livable wage through commissions is impossible with the current pay structure in place.  It takes five plus years to grow a sufficient repeat customer base.

It was very fun and great place to work at Sherwood Chevrolet but they don't pay that much at all. I worked on Thursday nights and Saturday mornings from 8:30am - 6pm running around from Front desk to cashier office , back and forth all day.

Great shop foreman and a few good techs. Avalability   of tools and service information second to none. Clean well organized shop. Management doesn't use proper channels to get work done. Lots of favoritism.

Very well know car dealership. Good company to work for- very good to their staff.
Enjoyed working there but then got married to a man out at Elrose, Sk. then moved out to the farm and raised our family and opened Wheatland \industries.

Fun place to work, good people, but you Gotta be quick and efficient. Attention to detail quick leaner are important to any job but your working with customers vehicles so you gotta be careful.
