A typical day consists of steady workflow, occasional downtime, lunch, great conversations, and a few jokes cracked. There was a lot to learn here about automotive service and that online courses while informative, are not always that entertaining. The Leadership is very precise, understanding and efficient. The service technicians are all friendly, helpful, and enjoyable to work with. Most difficult task of working here was doing things unrelated to shop work, most notably moving boxes of office files. I have a new found respect for employees in an office position. The best part of working here was helping out the technicians. helping out was the best way to learn new things from them and is a refreshing change from oil changers or tires.

i would look forward to get to work, its a job i can get in the zone in and lose track of time because i take pride in my work and i make sure the job gets done, i would learn all of the different cleaning supplies and how to use them, the work culture was great, everybody would be in a good mood making it a great place to work. The hardest part of the job was the most enjoyable part of the job... a very dirty vehicle, being hard to clean was the most enjoyable to clean because it would be the most rewarding after the jobs done to see the transformation

Management is first class and treats their employees right.  They are a family first company and although business and profit is important they make sure to leave time for you to be with your family.  

There are advancement opportunities and they believe on promoting from within.

Management was fair in dealing with employees,  wages were comparable to other shops, shop environment was good, co- workers were good to work with,  and would help out when ever possible! I enjoyed working there!, and would still be there , but the company decided to  in another  direction!!

My typical day involved cold calling and interacting with potential clients. Awesome management team. Great people in general. All in all awesome place to work. Best dealership in Edmonton and surrounding area. Just looking for something a little more stable.

The management makes very poor decisions and a lot of emotional decisions.  They focus more on politics and manipulation than they do on making money and pushing metal.

Will trick you and use your words against you cannot trust management 

Service manager at the time was out of touch and let staff stumble through things without much help. Was not approachable and found every reason to pass the buck instead of taking accountability and you know… managing….

If you work here do not expect it to last long Management is horrible when being helpful you get punished too many rules so little pay sadly employees are nice though 

There are really good people but they are the minority. Top Managers consider your contract as toilet paper, do not expect to have a career there. Any other Company would be better then this one.
