No place for a person new to the sales world. Not enough people walk in because of the location itself, I don't think I've ever gone in there in the past aside from working there. There is a lot of cold calling with not enough walk ins. Vehicles are already low in price, so not too easy to get extra cash without upselling. Co-workers change a lot. Management was great, but they keep pushing for cold calling old customers. Other than that, I had a decent experience there. Management isn't cut throat unless they need to be. Learned a fair amount from experienced co-workers and management.

From scamming customers by faking alignment results and lying on multi point onsoections to up-sell more work, to employees smoking inside, to upper management that fail to see the reason for poor customer satisfaction is there lack of accountability so turnover of department managers is high as they are blamed for everything out of their control.

I would ensure all social media sites as well as the website were updated accordingly with new vehicles as they arrived. Did in depth walk around videos for all new and used vehicles.  
I enjoyed the workplace culture, it made for a very enjoyable work day. 
My direct manager was great, he had a lot of trust in his staff which lead to effective teamwork.

Corporate Corporate Corporate! You are just a number there and very expendable. Overworked underpaid! Turnover rate is staggering. One person per week either quits or gets fired including managers. If you don't hit your monthly target you are done and they are upfront about that. Extremely toxic work environment!

Overall a toxic and immature work culture. They over promise you everything but never deliver it. High school mentality management team. No people skill. Lots of micromanagement and unnecessary meetings. Extremely high turn over rate. 

This dealership is a joke they do not care about their employees. The general manager and management team have no people skills. This is a dealership that should be cleaned up by the corporation and get back to doing good business.

Can be stressful at times. But the time and effort you put in can definitely pay off and be very lucrative. Great management and constant training. Always giving away spiffs. 

Poorly managed company that goes through service managers very quickly. 5 managers within the course of 2 years. They can not get a direction going. .

The absolute worst Management ever. The Dealer Principal only gives directives daily with no support added to the fact that the pay is terrible. Do not recommend to work with this dealership!
