Shift Recycling

Always on my feet, meeting with several customers a day negotiating sales terms all the time. Very challenging as there were constantly IT hardware issues that needed to be resolved along with customer support requirements. Very fast paced environment would sometimes not sit down for lunch until the mid afternoon but it was exciting.
I learned a lot about managing an essential part of the business's success which was IT refurbishment and resale. My co-workers were great, always worked together as a team and always had a positive attitude. 
Hardest part of the job was handling walk-in customers along with overseas customers and juggling that with administrating the office network.

Common day: A greeting at the door from the supervisor with random joke, take tools and go to the station. 
Expectation: Having weekly meetings with management, birthday card, personal handwritten card for christmas, bbq party at least 4 times per year, dusty environment, always end dirty nose even you protect your nose with mask,  no heater on winter, no chance for raise, quarterly increase of your target, daily threat from your supervisor (late, cleaning too early, asking for tools), no improving of working condition , dangerous hazard from forklift (space too narrow and they drive too fast), micro management from the CEO.

i enjoy my time here it was very good experience and a great environment,long hours and good pay would start the day by checking the machines and greasing points ,run through checks list ,fill out daily paper work, warm up the machine begin crushing boats and well other product to extract good and materials ,after shift refuel machines lock up the shop and write end of day report and iniquities

Great and fast place to work.
Learned a lot of the recycling process. Actually helped me with my own recycling at home.
Management was good. Had lots of incentives for there workers.
Disposing of Mercury in the recycling process.Some people were tested with Mercury exposure.

safe environment  everything needs to recycle  shift is a great "school" for people who willing to learn hardest part is that you are dealing with garbage.  fun part is the interaction with coworkers

Man's job. Need to focus and work harder. Management gave employees incentives for their extra work. Getting your target quota is the most rewarding part. You get to relax a bit but somehow help your colleagues get their targets too. No fun at all.

The management is very stingy. Under paid and over worked...
Doesn't recognized employee that work and not everyone get a raise..
Really bad management and the benefit sucks...

It was very hard work working there and with it being so busy it was hard to take breaks and a proper lunch break. The owners and other employees were very very friendly and nice and made it bearable to work there.

No good at all ..did not like working there ..did not like pay... did not like environment ...co-workers were good people for the most part but upper management not so good

Every one work in team and always willing to learn new things from each other, Good and fast pace environment. team mates and management is very supporting.
