Very stressful job. But a great experience and working with a good team

Very nice environment  and very comfortable with the job 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
every day with a different job work with different types of machines

Very nice place to work. Friendly people and nice manengment and work is laid back. Different machines and easy work and not far from my house. Hours are set starting at 6am sucks but done at 2:30 so you get to enjoy the rest of the day. Move around doing different jobs and gain good experience

They continually take in temp workers and found ways to get rid of them before they hit their 90 days. They need to work on their management to employee conversations and info passing but at least they pay good.

The work was great and the hours were even better. Management did not listen when safety hazards were brought up. Coworkers were all friendly. Hardest part of the job was the heat. Being in any factory in the summer is going to be hot.

typical day at work consisted of a 6am start time  manually mig welded parts for the automotive industry  such as bumpers  and trailer hitches

Recommended for international student if they need not too stressful yet good pay job. You’ll learn about few industrial aspects which might be useful in future career. 

start at 6 work until 830 had break and 11 was lunch.. hardest part of the day was standing on my feet for 10 hours.. the most enjoyable part of the day was being able to go home

The job is productive and steady, and you'll have many opportunities for overtime. Work loads are spread out over multiple machines and maintenance is usually on top of things.

i didn't enjoy working there it was not a good work environment and i didnt enjoy the wrok becasue it was overwhelming and not fair. unsafe work was also involved

Work is pretty simple and repetitive.  Pay is not that great. New Production workers make just a little over minimum wage.  Benefits are minimal. Management is good .
