Fun place to learn and evolve, supportive colleagues, easy going environment, flexible, unpredictable, in constant motion, busy, intense. Management a little disconnected at times, as most large companies tend to be.

Great place to do a lot of work for a lot of different clients, across different industries. But internal growth/management needs a closer look - they seriously lack a concerted effort to manage and grow teams internally. Lots of turnover because of inconsistent culture

One of the top agencies in Canada, so you're expected to work hard, which can be very fulfilling but also very demanding. There is a ton of room for creativity and Sid really places a lot of emphasis on it.

Great culture horrible management. Basically everyone is only looking out for themselves and if you fail once you are out. But hey, there's free beer once in while  !

Variety of clients and projects to work on but the pay is low compared to industry average. The fun events helps to create a good working atmosphere, they bring dogs 

Great place to work, good environment, but lacking on developer accommodations. People are very friendly. Work is like every web shop, fast with tight deadlines.
