1. Poor communication: there's a lack of transparency, unclear expectations, a culture of secrecy 

2. Lack of recognition: efforts and achievements go unnoticed
OR unappreciated, it demotivates a lot.

3. Micromanagement: 
EXCESSIVELY monitor and control every aspect of the work, it came across as an obsession and a hobby for the management and some of the level 5's. it created a lack of autonomy, creativity and productivity 

4. Favoritism - certain employees receive preferential treatment based on personal relationships, it created resentment and unfairness among the rest of the team 

5. Lack of growth opportunities: the company didn’t provide clear paths for career development and growth, making me feel unfulfilled in my role 

6. Lack of trust and transparency: there's a lack of open communication and transparency within the company, it lead to rumors, distrust, and a toxic work environment

The good things for me would be the very small number of people that made my job bareable! Who also thinks the same about the company as I do

I completed an 18-month maternity leave in the legal department.  My team and colleagues were all great, team players and very helpful and willing to assist when needed.  It is an ongoing learning experience and I was able to learn new skills and experience throughout my tenure.  The company encourages work/life balance which is great.  Working remotely was also a huge plus but it was also nice to go to the office on occasion amongst my colleagues.  

Based remotely and responsible for all post-sales direct customer support.  Learned extensively about a new side of the industry without previous experience, collaborating closely with sales, marketing and service teams throughout.  Culture was great for first few years then deteriorated over last couple of years with loss of sales so redundancies are always inevitable.  Best parts of job were flexibility of workload and ability to manage your own time.  Worst parts were lack of opportunity to progress into alternative roles and responsibilities became quite monotonous.

 I wasn't a big fan of how the company was run. The work environment didn't give me a lot of motivation or excitement. The manager kid could use some management skills and how to run a production line because most of these yahoos never worked in manufacturing and just poor decision after poor decision. They just care about numbers and doesn't care about the actual products quality.

Pay is mediocre, but benefits are flexible, there's RRSP matching, and bonuses exist for some job levels.

This company purchases others, destroying their unique workplace culture for no reason, terminates effective workers as cost saving measures to bring on younger and less skilled personnel, destabilizes any sense of growth or reasonable expectations for any employee who wants to advance their career, and ultimately they are harming their own attempts to expand with their practices. 

Once they have decided you are no longer needed, you are gone. I was reorganized out of my former job there.  In field service, there is no path for advancement.  They keep you in your place until you are no longer needed. The only real bright spot is the money is very good while you are employed.

Management doing micromanagement and very bad style managing
Discriminate FSR and force them to travel with bad weather conditions with low salary
Always looking to productive action and keep micromanaging 
You have to be single person work with this company as you do need lots of remote work and travel and no tome for your family 

Great company to work for. Many great people in the company.  I enjoyed working for the company and wish my position was not eliminated. Corporate restructuring is unfortunate for a solid & good employee who loved the job and enjoyed working with the customers and supported the team.

The work environment is great, and the work-life balance is excellent. Management assigns work and learning plans based on your abilities, and there's a stable career path. I really enjoy this job, and I've become friends with all my colleagues.
