What is the best part of working at the company?
Great place to work. Inclusive environment.The package benefits is  better than the normal offers. The time off between Holidays is really valorated.

The seasonal schedule...could be a little challenged.

Very good.. As a multinational company, they have people for differents cultures and they respect all of them.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work...hard...but recompenses at the end.

Started in 2007, Severs PC and telecom had to be improved by the end of 2008 since the company made 2 acquisition and then 2 more in the later years. Microsoft Dynamics AX was implemented in 2002 with the minimum functionality. I implemented the warehousing module with RF devices, the complete MRP and forecasting module and improved the server room equipment including a Cisco IP phone and call center system. Lots of project to keep the job very interesting and challenging

Personally ive met and exceeded all the tasks all through my working career at Sika/King My typical workday involved running heavy machinery to supply production lines which included running conveyer systems as well as a 972 cat loader I was given full support by my management team who had 100 percent trust in my ability to ensure their production schedule would be on par for the course of the day

Health risks SIL SAND
High demand very fast pace.
Safety comes first ,everything is up to date,but  little fresh air.
Easy work place  but  long term can cause health risk.

good to start with but not worth to continue with.
A good place to learn about the various type of products in the field of construction and gain Canadian experience.
a workplace full of discrimination and bullying managers.

What a joke. Typical day you don't know if you're working all day or not. Most guys don't do nothing all day the ones that do are ready for retirement. Expect poor hours. Superintendent and lead hand are both meat heads.

Best Job in town! Pays good , management is very nice and easy to talk to.not stressful even in busy days, very safe , cares about their employee. best dayshift ever

the Management has trust issues and micro manages everything for no reason. we spend more time explaining our sales then getting them. We are not treated like professional sales people.

very low salaries compared  to the same position outside, micromanagement style, toxic environment, non professional management in procurement department
