Bad Management. Questionable practices. Not inclusive. 

They try to make up for it with great pay but don't think that you can go anywhere in this company. 

The "managers" don't actually know what they are doing. One of them specifically needs to not be a manager ever again. 

Free lunch every tuesday and thursday cool people very cliquey if you don’t fit it you’ll be seeing the door quickly. Training and practises are questionable wasn’t given a manual until 3-4 weeks into my training. 

These guys think they are geniuses when they just flip gold at a bad price. Not a bad workplace at all, food included! Look out for the management they are harsh and think highly of themselves
