Worked on the turf crew for the 2020 season, started off as a great place to work and then the superintendent hired a very close family friend and everything changed. The favouritism the Superintendent has is unbearable, he will lie to your face, beat around the bush as much as possible to not deliver news. I have never worked at a business that has had this type of behaviour and I would not recommend working for this turf crew. The owner is also a multi billionaire and refused to raise the pay from minimum wage, even though we were fully operational during covid, after all the turf crew had complained and asked.

Other than that it is a beautiful course with lots of opportunity to work outside and to play golf.

Very Busy,very nice location, however no time to enjoy area,top management are the only ones able to get out on the course, staff meals are OK they give you a 6 dollar credit at the concession stand, so you can have a healthy hot dog and a bag of chips,no real healthy options for staff, treated somewhat second class, there is not a lot of direction, back of house seems a lot more stable then front of house, top management is somewhat disorganized and unsure of direction we should go in.

Somewhat in consistant and poor management practisses affect the morale of some staff members.

Management was very corrupt in the time I worked here but for the most part I really enjoyed working in banquets and serving during summer. The flexibility and pay is decent but as with most seasonal jobs in the bow your hours are not secure. A consideration if you are looking for stability and financial security 

Gm at the time said if you want a raise look for another job, you are replaceable. My position was treated very poorly from majority of coworkers. No respect for my job or work from coworkers. Other department managers had a very laxidaisy approach to their staff and their cleaning responsibilities. Very clicky. 

Excellent opportunity to work in a thriving atmosphere. Exposed to a world wide audience and great to meet many tourists and welcoming them to Canada. Help ensure they have a great experience in the Rocky Mountains with providing exceptional customer service.

This could be a great place to work, but the constant revolving door of staff and management just leads to an unorganized mess and frustration. Lots of booking issues and miscommunication with golfers led to lots of unhappy people.

Great pay in the summer it is EXTREMELY busy this place does serious amount of revenue  in weddings alone as well as really good sales from the clubhouse the chefs are great mentors

Lovely location, enjoyed it at first only to end up feeling overworked and unappreciated. Didn't get to do everything I wanted to do in Alberta because I worked too much. Very high employee turnover. 

Great work experience. Management was friendly, fellow employees were kind. Overall great please to work. Very relaxed and laid back at times but then fast paced and stressful at other times.
